A sound bath offers an immersive journey through sound waves, earning its name as the harmonies wash over you, akin to a soothing bath. As you recline and surrender to the melodies, the harmonics and frequencies from diverse instruments gently guide your mind into a tranquil meditative state, while the healing vibrations rejuvenate your body. The process is elegantly simple: you ease into a slower breath, delve into your inner realm, envelop yourself in the therapeutic sounds of the instruments, and then emerge refreshed, carrying the benefits into your daily life.

We provide one certified sound healer for every 15 guests, ensuring personalized attention and care. Before the session begins, we energetically cleanse the area using Sage or Palo Santo, and for outdoor experiences, Copal is also available.

 

Our sessions commence with an informative introduction to Sound Healing, offering insights into its transformative power. Following this, a guided meditation sets the stage for the immersive sound healing experience.

 

During the session, participants are enveloped in a rich tapestry of sound created by an array of instruments, including but not limited to Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Chimes, Shakers, Rain Sticks, and Ocean Drums.

 

To ensure clear communication and amplification of the healing sounds, we provide a microphone, mixer, and speaker if necessary. Our team takes care of all aspects of room setup and teardown, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests.

 

Finally, we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), offering peace of mind and assurance of our commitment to safety and professionalism.
