A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are enveloped in soothing sound vibrations to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, this session guides you into a state of deep rest, helping to release tension, clear the mind, and restore balance to the body.
